Dear Ambitious,

Listen to me,
I have met with some high profile leaders in this country. I learned a lot from them back then when we sat in the same forum. Yes, mostly they serve as the leaders at top multinationals. They obtained their M.B.A or even higher education at top universities in the world.

But you know what, from them I also learned something simple that I think it is important for you to notice :

You don't have to be a great CEO of great company to be recognized as a true leader.
You don't have to be a great Senior Vice President of one multinational just to prove to your friends that you are so smart and need to be respected.

No, you don't have to, darling.

What you have to do is just to do what you love. Do what you love well. Give benefit to many people by living your passion. By doing that way, you would be happy, instead of being tired of doing things just to get recognition from others.

That's why, if you realize that your willingness to be much more knowledgeable in a particular industry by being a CEO of something is your passion, then go for it! Be the CEO there.

It also works for other various jobs, dear.
Get your M.B.A and be one of the leaders at multinational. Be a teacher. Be a successful farmer, a bright scientist. Be a very talented violist. Be whatever you want!

As long as what you do (and love) is good, nobody has the right to look down on you just because you are living your passion, just because you are doing what you love. No.

You should pursue your passion without abandoning your responsibilities. Really.

With love,

Wise
